Happy Valentine's Day!

I don't celebrate it though. Haha!

Today saw lots of couples out and about, dressed to impress the other. Thats fine with me but theres one thing I have always find it hilarious. Cause this is the only day I can see grown ups and teenagers look dumb. Why? Coz they will be carrying flowers, box of chocolates, even BIG stuffed toys everywhere they go!

Example, at 1030am today while I was on my way home from work, I saw a young couple. The guy, smartly dressed. The gal, like going to a prom, holding a bouquet of flowers. Did I mention it was 1030am? OMG!

Isn't it troublesome?

Example, what if u got to go to the toilet? Where will u place the flower or the big teddy bear? Its worse if u r a guy, u have to hold those things outside the toilet while the gal do her business. Passerby will laugh at u! (especially if the passerby was me) Hahah!

Why trouble yourself with those stupid gifts? Flower will eventually die. Teddy bear will be outgrown or just be another mess in her room. Why not get her something she can wear everyday or at least last long. Example, a necklace, earings, watch or even an anklet. At least they could show em off to their friends the day after. AND, they don't have to carry it around and be a hindrace or troublesome to or for her on your valentine's day! Imagine trying to kiss her with the flower or teddy bear in the way! Hahaha!

So think next time u want to get a gift for ur partner ya?

Hey peeps! I just got news from my manager, Miss Joanna, that "we" (Fresh Musiq) are starting work on my album on the 12th of April 2009. Date to be released is still under discussion. Hopefully by 2010. But ofcourse I wouldn't want to rush the album and make it a crappy one. I want it to be an album even my grandma would dance and sing along to. I'll keep you guys updated on the album and its progress.

I thought of making videos of "Behind The Scene" of the album process. From start to finish, and post 'em on my blog. Is that a good idea? Hmmm...

Ok heres an update.... Im supposed to release my new single by tomorrow but sad to say, I have to postpone it. Due to my tight schedule n lack of sleep. I caught the fever, the flu, the cough and the most dreaded of all, infected throat. I managed to write the song but didn't manage to record it due to all the mentioned sickness. Tried to but all i got was a parrot like voice and alot of coughing in the mix! Hahah

And why the title why for this post? Simple.... WHY do I get sick when I'm about to release a song? Thats why....

Hey Everyone! Its been a long and testing fasting month for me and I'm glad that its over and its time for us to celebrate the victory of fasting for a month!

Misconception number 1: Hari Raya is not a New Year in our Islam calender but its a celebration of the victory over our will n determination of fasting... So next time don't make a fool of yourself and say happy new year to me on Hari Raya ok? Hahaha!

Oh heres another misconception, the Hari Raya money that we give out is NOT for those who are not married and because we are. Its actually a kind of congratulation or shall I say a gift for those who COMPLETED the gruelling month of fasting. Like I said earlier, its a celebration over the victory of fasting. So next time don't make a fool of yourslf and say, "Hafiz! Wheres my Raya Money? I'm not married yet." I smack your face if you do Hahahaha kidding kidding... So for those who didn't actually fast for the whole month actually don't deserve any money at all. Hahaha

Finally, I would like to wish all the muslims in the world a Selamat Hari Raya '08!

Opened a small recording studio together with 2 of my friends.

Celebrated my 24th birthday recently.

Finally a new year to start afresh! I hope this year would be a better year for me. 2007 was a crappy year for me, well at least the ending part of the year la. Everything went downhill and that explains the lack of blogging and the lack of music, Hahah! Didn't have the mood or time to update my blog (well mostly got no mood la hehe) as for the music, I was learning to produce beats than concentrating on writing.

As for my life, things are still looking bad. Luckily theres my lil angel to always cheer me up and make my day better. Bauji loves you loads.

But no matter what, my music will still go on. Till the day I die or at least while I'm still healthy.

REMARKS: Wahaha very cute la my parents, love them loads! The best parents in the universe! Well theres alot more funny jokes n sarcasm happened but 1 is enuff la k. LOL!

Went to ViVoCity to shop for singlet as my friend didnt bring his. Sheesh! Spent 1 hour looking for his damn singlet. Waste time sey... Bought food at Burger King. As usual, Turkey Bacon Meal n Milo.

At Siloso Beach, 750pm:
Booked a locker and to change

8pm:
Entered Zoukout but the party havent start. Guess wat... AETOS was incharge of the security there. Saw my fellow officers on duty. Went over to some and make fun of em. Eg; "Crazy people work on Saturday!"

10pm:
Crowd getting bigger. The R&B/Hip-hop havent start yet, so I tagged along with my friend to the TRANCE area. My friend dance but I didnt. Just wasnt my kinda thing. Stood there for 2hours without dancing. Just nod my head to the beat. I have to confessed I DO know how to Shuffle but just shy to do it. LOL!
So most of the time I was laughing my ass out looking at peeps dancing. Well at those who were dancing out of tune n those who were dancing as if they were posessed. SERIOUSLY, damn hilarious!
Saw fellow officers and disturbed em, "Want some drinks?"

12am 9/12/2007:
Q to the entrance was freaking long and I have warmed up for the party! Met a friend there, chatted for a while n we go our seperate ways.

1am:
Went to my fave area, R&B/Hip-hop. Danced. Do my thang. Smiled to lots of peeps, including some beautiful girls. Didnt dance with 'em though. Didnt want to, or shall I say, I dun give a damn. LOL! One thing was for sure, IT WAS PACK! N DAMN HOT! Everyone was producing body heat, lucky no one produced FARTS! Well, how wud I noe... all I cud smell was sweat. LOL!

3-6am:
Switched to R&B/Hip-hop to Trance n vice-versa within this timing. But this time, I SHUFFLED! Wahaha n yes it caught some attention.

6-730am:
Was at the R&B/Hip-hop area all the way. Reggaeton was played too. Danced the best way I knew and draw attention from a group of malay teenagers. 1 of the guys battled with me. I won! Hahaha... in the Pop, R&B or Reggaeton category, dun battle with me, I will win! LOL! Afew girls danced around me, damn they r hot, but hey, I'm there to enjoy myself n not to get dirty. ;P

730-8am:
The songs were getting lame and my feet was starting to kill me (ofcoz la, standing for almost 10hours straight!). But the interesting part, BAPOK! There were bapok/transvertite all around! Seeing their antics really got me laughing my ass out. Cute la sey! 1 of them was posing n taking photos in alot of seductive poses! Hehehe! Yang important satu badan kudis! EEeeeew.....!

8am:
Made my way home....

It was a very fun outing la, even though it was just Sham and me..

Went to the event in my my casual smart attire LOL! (I'll post the picture of me it the attire soon). Its been awhile since I attended an engagement or a wedding. BUT this was the FIRST time I attended an engagement of a friend! I got the news of Ihsan's engagement 3 days ago and didn't applied for leave or whatsoever. It came as a shock to me as Ihsan was not in many relationship before and always focused more on his future then his love life. So imagine the expression on my face when I received an SMS about the engagement! Jeng Jeng Jeng! Surprise, surprise, he sure looked happy! :) good for you man!

Well as for me.... hehehe still a long long way to go! Too focused on my family... But attending the engagement do got me thinking bout my own love life. Haha! Can people accept me....? Hmmm only time can tell....

K back to the engagement (Sorry, ter-Side-Track...LOL!), people were staring at me where ever I go, but I dun care la (yaaaaaa riiiite.... I keep checking if my zippers were unzip lor! Lucky thing It wasn't). I still dunno y, until I got back to Ihsan's place.

After eating and bla bla bla, I wanted to go home... said my goodbyes to everyone there, wore my shoes and then....

I was like, since when did my younger sister tag along? Looked back and I saw a boy and a girl at the gate.

Wahaha I was like wat the fish? But then the boy gave me a cute look. Alalalala who can resist rite? So I signed the papers. LOL! For Ihsan's sake. They looked so freaking happy lor... Was glad I can make their day. Thats like so touching la, even though its been so long of not releasing any songs, they still remember me.

Shopping with my girl friends

Didn't know shopping cud b fun! Especially with girls! Today went shopping with Kify and Ella at
Orchard. I thought its gonna be a draggy day but hey, it was freaking fun!

Hey Peeps! Sorry for not posting for a very long time. As you know I was doing my reservist. Yes I was in for 3 weeks. But ofcoz I went home during the weekends but usually by then I was too tired to blog Hahaha! Well, I can't say anything about my training but I can say this, I ENJOYED my days there. I'm beginning to miss them already.

Well the first week was super tough as it was still in the fasting month and I have to train in the hot sun, but overall it was a very good experience. The commanders in my company are a great bunch of men! They are a pleasure to work with. Didn't know it could be that fun.

The second week was when the men came in and was when Hafiz became Sgt Hafiz. Heheh! That week was when suddenly I turned to somebody else. Abit more serious and focus. That week I was determined to make my 6 men who were under my command to be soldiers.

The third week was when I saw results and know that I have trained my section well. I'm bloody proud of what they can do. To Gary Ng, Arman, DJ, Tse Man Hei, Lim and Hazreen aka Cannonball, your sergeant is very proud of your achievements and looking forward for the next ICT.

All in all it was all gooooooooood...... PEACE OUT!

Anyway thanks to ALL my birthday wishers! This year was one of the best birthday for me. First, alot of peeps called and messaged me at 12midnight to wish me. So sweet right?! People like Nazrina, Kify, Jannah, Farouqsany, Haniza, Suria aka Baby, Siti Nuraihan, Indah, Taufik (this guy cheated abit, he was with me at McDonalds at 12 so he wished me live), Aloysus, Faisal, Sabariah, Hidayah, Haizum and even Nazrina's mummy! Been on a movie fiesta! These are the movies I caught! So read my ratings and decide if you wanna go or not...

Partner is a laugh riot. Though inspired from the 2005 Hollywood movie Hitch, Partner is a thoroughly entertaining movie. The way the movie has been adapted to the Indian context is remarkable. While every one from Partner can share the credit of working hard and giving their best, it's Govinda that stands out. The entire film rests on his superlative acting talent and comic timing.

Woohoo! Ok sorry for not updating for a freaking long long long time... I do check my blog k but whent I wanted to update, I feel sleepy! LOL! Ok lame excuse la but its the truth. Anyway, I've been busy with producing the new songs, yes you read it right. I'm trying my hand on producing my own tracks. Its abit difficult at first but I'm getting the hang of it. Managed to produce afew cool clubbish tracks but.... alot of editing to do! Wahahaha okays thats alls! THANKIEZ!

The ITE SIMEI SHOW

Ok as many of you guys know, I went to the ITE Semei Show today. Very nice futuristic looking school. Well, my producer went with me too. My intention was to search for talents and be entertained. Well I sure got what I wanted! Hahahah a whole lot of talent and entertaintment. First of all, the show started late, then there was a commotion at the entrance... whats the commotion about? Haaaah, the tickets were sold out but there were still ppl pouring in! No wonder la started late! Finally the show got started at around 8pm.

It started out lame la... LOL! Sori Nadira but I got to be honest. But the show picked up when Suharty hit the stage! She sang a thats compose by the teacher, SUPERB! Its a traditional malay song.. Suharty sang like a Nightingale! Superb voice control! Fooh my hair stands sey!

There are some lame performances la.... most of them comes from the chinese performers. There was even a song in Hokkien Or Cantonese a bout "No more bottles to sell"!! LOL! Its not that I'm racist la but just being honest... the only chinese peformer that stands out was "Mei Mei". Not because she is fat la but her voice is SUPERB! Superb control and excellent pitching.

There are some other performers that stands out for me like Aidil, Siti, Aimi and ofcoz Nadira. Hehehe! Well I did appoached Aidil and Siti for their services, wanted to approach Aimi but dunno where she go hahaha Well, all in all it was a nice show. Well DONE!

Dentist trip

I went to the dentist to pluck out my other wisdom tooth... Impacted tooth to be exact. As usual met my pretty dentist and her cute assistant, Idah. As usual Idah teased me again. Grrr... My dentist as usual very detailed and caring... Love to go to the dentist now! Well got a five day MC. Woohooo 5 god damn days... But not taking it. Rather go to work then rot at home! Well Im glad theres nomore pain in my mouth... Next thing to do is to bleach my teeth!

Sentosa Trip

Today me and my team went to Sentosa just to have fun and get our mind off work. Right after work we straight away made our way to Sentosa. Went to alot of attractions, many were the new ones, well at least for me hahah. I would like to thank Team Delta for making this a memorable one, well at least for me. Here we are at Underwater World, the Petting Pool. This time I make sure someone took my photo while petting the baby Nurse Shark.

This is my favourite place in Underwater World. The Ray Pool! The rays there are soooooooo CUTE! You splash your hand in the water and they come to you like a cat or a dog! Their body are so damn soft. Hmmm... asam pedas... LOL

If I'm not mistaken you guys r gonna have a show on the 29 June 2007, Friday, at 7pm till 9pm rite? Well heres a little treat for my fans at Whitley Secondary.... I'LL BE THERE! Not as a performer la but to sibuk-sibuk. LOL! Well actually to support to the Bands performing. Including your very own school band! Tentatively I'll be there earlier to help set up the stuff, maybe around 4pm.

So if you guys happen to see me there, do approach aight? Its also a meet and greet session for the fans. I'll b doing alot of this in the coming months. Today I went to Sentosa to recce for my team outing which by the way will be taking place on the 26 of June 2007. Went there with Siti, Rohaizad and his wife, Rozita. We went there quite late. Met up at Habourfront, supposedly at 5pm but I reached at 555pm wahahaha sorry la I overslept. Just came home from night shift okay... But the SUPERSTAR was Raihan lor! Hehehe She came at 610pm! Well to Izad and Ita I'm very sorry I came late n trust me, Raihan was sorry too! Anyway we only managed to go to Underwater World. But hey! Its worth it! Hey! Heres a joke my friends used to tell me, WHAT IS THE FASTEST INDIAN CALLED? A BANGLA-DASH! Im not making fun of any race or people as I myself have Indian blood BUT this joke have a connection to what Im about to blog about today.

Today was my 2nd day cycling to work... and I was involved in an accident or shall I say in a collision! I was cycling to work, as usual there were lots of foreign worker cycling too! I managed to avoid many of them. I dunno why they were cycling against the traffic flow, but hey! Its their SELUAR DALAM la rite? Anyways, I was speeding down slope when I saw this Bangladeshi worker starts cycling perpendicular to my direction. I saw him looking at me so I didn't slow down. Instead of stopping, the BANGLA picked up speed and DASH right into my path! *Heres the situation, if I swerve to the right to avoid him I will be in the path of a car. If I just go straight I will collide with the bangla. I rather kena BANG by a bicycle than a car* AND SO I DID! GEDEBANG BONG BONG POOT! I fell on the road and quickly got up to prevent myself from kena LENYEK with a car. The weird thing was I wasn't even hurt! No scratches, no cuts, no nothing!(Dunno bout the bangla though) THE BANGLA STILL CAN SHOUT AT ME SIA! My bicycle's front rim and tyre was crooked after the collision. I didn't think about the damage but instead I was more concerned bout getting to work on time. I locked up the bicycle and walked to work at the same time SWEARING ALL THE WAY! Wahahaha....

THAT INCIDENT REALLY SPOILT MY MOOD FOR TODAY! Grrrr.... See la now no bicycle! Uuwaaaaah!!!

Today, after work, went to meet my producer at his studio. Went there to discuss about the songs that we gonna do, how we gonna do it, by when we wanna complete it an so on. He let me listened to a single by Matilda (yup, the Singapore Idol Finalist, the one with the powerful vocals). Its good. Not my type of genre BUT its good. The song was written by Matilda herself. The song will connect to the older generation as it is a slow and relaxing type of song. From what I know, Matilda is gonna release her singles (yes there will be many songs) online, meaning on the internet. Shes gonna sell her songs online. Did I mention ONLINE?! YES! ONLINE! So peeps, be on the look out for Matilda! YEY!!!

As for me, I like to do it the old fashion way... make CDs and sell them! Heheh... Eh not fair, I advertised for Matilda but who will advertise for me? Aaaaaaah... THATS YOUR JOB!

At 2330HRS which was 1130pm, I saw an old chinese man on my way home. I think he was sick, he have legs that were swollen and crooked and was holding an umbrella as a support. He was standing beside a busy road (dunno for what) ALONE! I sat down and looked on... Was still wondering why he stood there....

Then it got me thinking,

What was an old man in his 70s doing alone by a busy road at this time of the day?
Where are his children?
Where is his wife?
He is sick and is there anyone looking after him?
Why is he standing in front of a bus-stop by the side of a busy road?
Where does he live?
How is he gonna go home?
Does he have money to go home?
Does he KNOW how to get home?

I tell you, just by looking at the old man I got stressed! So many questions unanswered. I pity him sey.... Hey, you'll never know, that could be YOU!

I remembered my mum said to me, " We (my parents) sacrificed and took care of you till this very day. I don't know if you and your siblings will do the same for us.... " Everytime I hear my mum say these words a part of me will break and shatter. I was at this S-11 coffee shop eating n drinking... When I realised the number of smokers there... Half of customers were smokers! WahDAMN! I was arlarmed at the growing rate of smokers. Many of whom are teenagers... SCARY SEY! Smokers are partly to blame for the green house effect. Many-many smoke go up to atmosphere n make big-big hole. Then we kena the hot-hot sun! Waaaah I tell u, im working under the hot sun every freaking day and Im turning into a shadow man! Hey, Im a smoker myself n DAMN I feel guilty! LOL! Today in the morning while I was waiting for my bus at the bus top... at 6am. I saw 2 malay couples. The first couple was walking an arm distant away from each other. I was wondering why, so I looked at both of their faces and try to see the expressions on their faces... Hahaha both faces look sour... maybe they just had a fight? Maybe.... But I can tell that they were teenagers. Normal couple...

The 2nd couple was the interesting one... The girl was wearing tudung and the "guy" was wearing glasses, a long sleeves shirt and baggy jeans with a little chain hanging. Okay, so u r asking whats so interesting? Well the "guy" IS the interesting one.... As they walked closer towards my direction, the "guy" saw me looking at them and decided to hold hands with "his" partner. WHAT! SCARED I STEAL YOUR GF ISSIT? Yeah rite... While they were holding hands and swinging it around happily, I took a very close look at the "guy". He have this sweet look... very clean face, chubby and "his" hair was quite long, kinda like Olinda's (from singapore idol seaon 1). Then it got me thinking, wah school allow "him" to keep it that long huh? Cannot be what! Something was wrong... So I looked for "his" adams apple... JENG JENG JENG! NO ADAMS APPLE! Okay maybe some guy's adams apple are not that obvious so I look at "his" body... ALAMAK, look like a female body shape! "He" is a "She"! To double confirmed, I heard "his" voice while "he" was talking to his tudung gf. ALAMAK part 2! So sweet! JENG JENG JENG! The tudung girl was having a relationship with a BUTCH!!! OI pala otak ko mana huh! I sat there with my jaw hanging... All I could do was shake my head in disbelieve....

After they disappeared out of sight, I then realised that it was 6.10am... Eh? How come they are outside at this time? The first bus was just making its 1st round... Hmmm..... U TELL ME!?

Remember in my earlier post that I mention in January that I'm going for Krav-Maga grading? Well I didn't. Overslept. LOL! Was too tired after my Route March the day before. But my other friends went though. And I'm glad one of them make it. Ladies and gentlemen, I'm please to present to you JUNAIDI BIN ASMADI! The first Krav-Maga student to be certified locally. I'm proud of you bro! Well the next grading will be in March or April. I will make sure I make it! Heheheh.... Go Juju go juju! K enuff bout Krav-Maga...

Lets talk about my Route March. Well it went smoothly. No injury, no heat stroke and there sure was no casualty! Hahaha... The route march was totally fun! Although it was tiring for me la... y? COZ I WAS RUNNING MOST OF THE TIME! Hahaha... Was hyper on that day maybe because of the coffee. If popeye have his spinach, I have my coffee! The Route March is about 12km and we completed it in 3hrs. So minus, plus, divide, times, square root, sine, cosine, tangent, cotangent, cube root is about 4km per hour. Hahah... a very good pace. Well I documented on the march and took photos along the way. I'll post it up soon.

Now this msg goes to that 1 person that made 7 people lost $300 from their salary. One of them is me... I really hope that u will suffer on earth till the day u breathe ur last breath. First of all, one side of my socks got lost at work. So I was wearing one socks thru out the whole day! LOL (I know its funny but frustating u noe, who wud wanna steal a used sock!? ONLY 1 SIDE SUMMORE!!). After which I got to know my salary n 6 others gonna b affected because of a 1900 call made by this mysterious CUSTARD!... THE LAST AND CERTAINLY NOT THE LEAST.... My team-mates left me at my work place n went home! KANNI CUSTARD! And because of that I reached home late! DAMN LATE! 1230am this morning.... Well easy to say, yesterday is a very shitty day for me...

Hey peeps! Decided to update as much as can after reading all my past entries (whenever I can). Reading my past entries made me realized how much I have changed.
