Idiotic design

Hey, just tot of sharing something I saw at a public toilet in Yishun. LOOK! What the hell is a pipe doing infront of a urinal? Honestly, This is the most StupidESTestEST design I've ever seen! So... they expect a person to squeeze in between? Oh maybe its designed for drunkards who can't stand straight and lean on the pipe to pee? But who the hell wants to lean on that pipe?! Freaking dirty!
